Strangeloop said that recent evidence has found that IE10 speed is faster than Chrome 20 and that most pages take longer to load than before, regardless of the browser. According to Strangeloop, a company that measures the performance of websites, recently made some tests indicate that IE10 is 8% faster than Chrome 20.
September l test was conducted at 2,000 sites, the best ranked preference table Alexa WebPageTest using a tool developed for the same Google and which performs various measurements of speed, load simulating a site under certain parameters can be configured and can also run from the web, if you want to try.
In regard to the speed of IE10, logically it being a browser that is not commercially available in the market, little can be said for or against, and that this study is all that certifies that it is faster than the latest edition of the latest Chrome and Firefox. Luckily for the Redmond company, the study was done with a tool developed by Google itself, as to show that Microsoft has not falsified any data.
Strangeloop’s report also certifies that the tested pages are the same as those used in the latter one test done in November last year, but they are slower to load, no matter what browser you’re using. obviously, adding more and more content in most web pages cause take longer to load.
